ル・シャトー、研修と制作のためのレジデンス（グラント付）

  • 第五シーズン：2014年2月17日から6月13日まで。
  • 分野：造形芸術、文筆、その他の各分野から一人ずつ計3人選考される。

レジデンスは、ランドスケープまたは、現代アートセンターがある地域の歴史に関係する創造に関するリサーチを必要とするプロジェクトをかかえるすべての芸術家や研究者に開かれている。
  1. 造形芸術：新しい方向性やメソッドをめざす研究が必要な造形芸術家、あるいはすでに企画されている展覧会の準備段階で必要とされる研究をかかえる造形芸術家。
  2. 文筆：文筆、人間研究、詩、批評、哲学、映画など。実験的な作品に向けて研究中であること、また出版社や大学、フェスティバルなどほかの企画の中ですでに研究を進めていることが望ましい。
  3. ほかの分野：ランドスケープデザイナー、植物学、建築、デザイン、ポスター、舞踏など。新しい創造に向けて研究中であり、またほかの文化施設や大学、美術学校などと企画を進めていることなどが望ましい。
グラント：
  • レジデンス60日に対し、2000ユーロの報奨。ヴァスィヴィエールまでの往復交通費300ユーロ。
  • アトリエ（192平米）
  • 制作費、1000ユーロ

The Castle – Research and creation residencies

The Centre international d’art et du paysage,
Vassivière island, Limousin Region, France
is launching a fifth season of artists’ residencies in the Castle
on Vassivière Island

SEASON 5: 17 FEBRUARY – 13 JUNE 2014
Call for application, until 9 December inclusive
Visual arts / writing / other disciplines

The residencies are open to three artists and/or researchers applying separately or as a group to submit a research and creation project linked to the landscape and/or the history of the Art Centre site in the following domains:

VISUAL ARTS:
Professional visual artists, for a research and experimentation project preparatory to an exhibition in another venue, or wishing to explore new work methods and emphases.

WRITING:
Writers, anthropologists, art critics, storytellers, philosophers, film directors, etc. are invited to apply with an experimentally-inflected writing and research project – possibly in association with a publisher, university, theatre, festival, etc.

OTHER DISCIPLINES:
Landscapers, ethnobotanists, architects, designers, graphic designers, choreographers, etc. are invited to apply with a research and creation project, possibly as part of a coproduction with another cultural body, university, art school, etc.
